ClampMill is engineered to deliver straight, accurate cuts on material lengths up to 2.7 meters — the range where it performs at its very best. This design ensures stability, comfort, and professional results every time.
It is possible to cut beams as long as 4.4 meters, as proven in our own tests, but only with proper support at the center to keep the cut straight. Adding a 1.1-meter extension can increase reach, but it also makes ClampMill heavier, reduces handling comfort, and may compromise accuracy as the beam begins to bend over the wider span. For this reason, we recommend using no more than one extension for safe and reliable results.

The standard version of ClampMill measures approximately 3.3 meters (130 inches) in length when fully assembled and weighs about 32 kg (70 lbs). When disassembled, the length is reduced to 1.1 meters (43 inches). The width is about 45 cm (17.7 inches), and the depth is approximately 40 cm (15.7 inches)
Compatibility
ClampMill is designed to work with most hobby and professional chainsaws featuring a bar length of at least 45 cm (18 inches). For the best milling experience, we recommend using chainsaws with a minimum power output of 3 kW / 50cc. While smaller chainsaws can still be used, the milling process may be slower and less efficient.
