Mill lumber solo with less setup and less effort.

ClampMill is a portable chainsaw mill for landowners, homesteaders, and woodworkers who want to mill boards without heavy ladder rails, a two-person setup, or slow saw mounting.

Most chainsaw mills require you to mount the saw with bolts, set up heavy ladder rails screwed to wood, and physically "push" through every inch of wood. ClampMill changes everything. With our integrated winch system and patented one-click saw mount, you can transform a fallen tree into high-quality lumber in minutes—without the backache.

The "No-Rail" Revolution: Why ClampMill is Different

  • One-Click Saw Mounting: No tools, no hassle. Attach your saw and start cutting in under 60 seconds.
  • Integrated Winch System: Reduce physical effort by up to 70%. The winch governs the feed speed for perfectly straight, consistent cuts every time.
  • No Rails Required: Unlike traditional Alaskan type mills, our unique clamping system secures directly to the log in seconds. Mill anywhere the tree falls.
  • Built for Solo Use: Lightweight (32kg) and portable. Disassembles to 1.1m (43") to fit in any trunk or ATV.

  • Mark A.

“An excellent mill for landowners and woodworkers who want a simpler alternative to an Alaskan mill. It’s easy to use, well designed, and a great way to turn logs into boards without investing in a full sawmill.”

    Vermont, USA
  • Andre M.

“A smart, efficient tool that saves serious time in the field. For smaller and mid-sized logs, it’s a faster, more ergonomic solution than a standard Alaskan mill.”

    Turin, Italy
  • Daniel J.

“We’re on swampy land, so hauling out full logs was never realistic. Once the log is set, this mill is easy to run and far less demanding than a typical chainsaw mill. The design works brilliantly.”

Product Dimensions & Weight

The standard version of ClampMill measures approximately 3.3 meters (130 inches) in length when fully assembled and weighs about  32 kg (70 lbs). When disassembled, the length is reduced to 1.1 meters (43 inches). The width is about 45 cm (17.7 inches), and the depth is approximately 40 cm (15.7 inches)

Compatibility

ClampMill is designed to work with most hobby and professional chainsaws featuring a bar length of at least 45 cm (18 inches). For the best milling experience, we recommend using chainsaws with a minimum power output of 3 kW / 50cc. While smaller chainsaws can still be used, the milling process may be slower and less efficient.
